Happy New Year! To kick off 2023, Ashley and Jasmin will be analyzing the (official) script for "The Massacre at Hawkins Lab". In Part 1 of this analytical series, Ashley and Jasmin provide their initial thoughts, impressions, and takes, on the similarities and discrepancies between the script and the on-screen final product. They also analyze the relationship between doctors Brenner and Owens, their differences, their respective character traits, and even their respective relationships with Eleven, as described in the script. Finally, Ashley and Jasmin discuss the importance of improv and how it can improve an actors' performance on screen and how sometimes veering from the script can be a benefit for a series/film overall.
