Andrea Granville is a New Yorker and a September 11 Survivor.  Andrea has faced many adversities obstacles since that day. Including her mother suffering a stroke at age 54; the unthinkable occurrence of her sister being murdered in her own home; and the life-changing decision to become the legal guardian for her sister’s two young children which ultimately led her to become a foster advocate. All of these obstacles have shaped Andrea into the woman she is today. She believes that on the other side of adversity obstacles, there is personal resilience. Andrea truly is a resilient survivor.
