This week Bryant and Joe chat with "Boba Guys" owner, Andrew Chau about how to fulfill your PURPOSE, while running your small business. Andrew owns and operates 18 different Boba Guys stores across the Bay Area. His path in life has crossed many different cultures from the east to the west and that became the core to his vision as an entrepreneur which is "bridging cultures" He also discusses how growing pains prior to the pandemic led him to focus on building a stronger business infrastructure focused on employee culture and operational management at the core.
