Today on the podcast I am delighted to have Octopus Leader who has been a former British Police Officer for 30 years, but now has launched my company Octopus Leadership.  which provides strategy and operations consulting and coaching for service-based small and medium business owners and leaders who have a good business but want to be better.

Andrew believes teams are the engines of the world, whether they are security teams protecting and saving lives, contractors fitting your new kitchen or cleaning staff cleaning your house.  The power is in the hands of the leaders of those people as to whether they do an okay job, a good job or a great job.  I want to see more ethical leaders, supporting and inspiring each one of their people to perform at their best and thereby make a better impact in the world.
