Andrew Huberman has exploded onto the health influencer scene over the past 1-2 years. While an accomplished neuroscientist, his nutrition information leaves much to be desired. In many cases it is misleading, false, and sometimes even harmful. This is because he is not an expert in nutrition and often extrapolates from his own personal (and limited) experience without being aware of the scientific literature. Huberman should not be regarded as an expert in nutrition. In this podcast, I show, using over 50 years of extremely consistent scientific literature, that Huberman's unhealthy fasting habits are probably contributing to his obesity, which appears to be getting worse as he ages.
