My friend Andrew is an extremely talented musician and I regret not having him play something for you.  However, there is so much more he has to offer you with this episode.  Andrew has struggled with his own mental health, substance abuse and addiction for most of his adult life and he discusses it all openly and honestly with me today.  I am so proud of the work he has done to get well and even more proud of his ability to share the challenges from before and the *hope* for the future.  I think his future is super bright and I know you will get something out of hearing his story and perspective on how to heal.
