Paul compared our life to a race. God gives that race a purpose – He knows what we’re going to encounter. He wants us to be the best us we can be and will change us, no matter how long it takes.
We may have to endure hardships along the way – in fact that much is guaranteed – but there are great rewards waiting for us if we put our belief in God.
