In this weeks episode I spoke with Andy Brown, he signed up for a short term, three-year commission in the Royal Artillery and before he knew it had served for twenty-three years and reached the rank of Lt Colonel.  

Andy spoke candidly about his journey of discovery after leaving the Army and how those who are still serving can and should start to gather evidence about their experience and capabilities that will help them secure a job outside of the military.
