Sinnissippi Centers is conducting our second annual Take a Chance on Youth 50/50 raffle to raise funds for youth programs. Tickets are $20.00 each and on sale during the month of February with the winning ticket drawn March 17th.

We also discussed February is American Heart Month. There’s a lot of attention focused on the prevention of heart disease and there should be. But the link between heart disease and Depression is not as well-known and we want to talk about that.
