Andy Manske is a medical service technician in Southeast Wisconsin. Andrew is 27 years old, married, and the oldest of three children. He has spent most of his adult life trying to get upward mobility in a system that often doesn't encourage mobility. As a medical service technician, he delivers to rural and suburban areas. Mr. Manske says affordability is near and dear to his heart and he wants to see Wisconsin as a place where citizens don't just survive, but prosper.
