Supremely successful AD Noel, set to retire after this season, has shattered expectations on and off the fields.

We spoke to him the day before his replacement was announced and had the chance to learn about his incredible beginning, his highs and lows, and how he leads 37 different sports teams and coaching staffs. 

AND: he was an ALL-AMERICAN collegiate wrestler!
