This weeks guest is Red Arrows Leader Andy Offer OBE.

Andy Offer, an ex-RAF fast jet pilot, co-founded 2Excel Aviation in 2005, introducing the world's only aerobatic airline, "The Blades." He expanded 2Excel's air charter operations and now focuses on commercial business development in aviation, including defence, security, engineering, events, and disaster response.

His 22-year RAF career included commanding a Harrier squadron and the Red Arrows, earning him an OBE.
