The Andy Griffith Show, starring Andy Griffith and Don Knotts, was one of the most popular TV shows in the mid 1960.  Its popularity was due to the southern charm and homespun wisdom, laced with humour and warmth  that was presented each week.  On one of those episodes during its 1961 first season, Andy shared some important advice to protect the person most important to him.
