On this week's episode, we had the pleasure of sitting down and chatting with Ané Retif. The South Africa Spar Proteas defensive player recently joined Manchester Thunder as a temporary replacement player for the then injured Nicola Smith.

Ané is a very inspirational person as we discuss the mind set of not only herself but also of the Spar Proteas under new coach Jenny van Dyke as well as Ané's time playing in the Telkom Netball League in South Africa, playing for her home country in the international stage and her future plans in netball and in life.
