This platform has always been about celebrating professional growth for Black women. But it’s important to note that outside of the businesses we lead, we are women who have fulfilling lives. For some, that includes marriage and family.

A 2019 article by the Washington Examiner, titled ‘Why super-successful women struggle in love’ inspired this episode. Growing data has shown that getting a top job dramatically increases women’s chances of divorce. In fact, women who become CEOs divorce faster than men who become CEOs.
