This time of year, we hear a lot about the angels appearing to the shepherds to tell of the Savior's birth. Who are these angels?Throughout Scripture, angels were sent to aid believers and punish the wicked (some examples can be seen in Acts 5 & 12). At Christ's birth, they were sent to pronounce the incarnation of God and to bring a message of peace. But not everyone can receive this peace. This peace is only for those who accept the Gospel. Do you have peace because you know Jesus?The real meaning of Christmas is that you can know peace and be forgiven.
