Anger: Controlling the Fire Within Part 1

Listen Later

Anger - we have all experienced it! No one likes to be out of control. but we often lose it because there is a lot of overload in our lives, especially as women. When we become angry, and give into those negative impulses we often get even more upset at ourselves for having lost our cool. It is important not to beat yourself up but rather pick yourself up and try, try again! You can always rebuild !
Everyone loses it sometimes. The key to overcoming anger is to know that as powerful as anger is, there is something even more powerful. That is the place of compassion and love which resides deep within us and needs to be accessed. Join me as we understand Anger and how it teaches us a lot about ourselves and the inner work we need to do.
