When we lose control and become angry it is very difficult to calm down. Anger is not to be used as a tool to make others do what you want or let them know what you don't want! Anger is a signal to you that something is wrong. Emotion always discovers a problem. Our work is to take anger and every other negative emotion to the place of sechel, and then respond in a controlled way.
