We dive deep with our good friend Marco about how anger hides the pain that we are feeling inside. Anger comes from many sources but finding the root of the pain anger hides usually leads to childhood trauma. And oooo boy we do get into it this episode! At the end of the day, anger is just grief in disguise and we talk through the ways we could release that anger.
