Through her own personal healing journey, Angie has taken the resources and tools she's learned to deal with mental health struggles and sharing them with others to not only help parents feel more in control but also help them break the generational cycle on how we approach topics, like emotions, with their children by equipping them with the tools they need. She takes an open and honest approach when educating through shared personal stories that others can relate to.
