Anger is an ever growing concern. According to the American Psychological Association anger is at the root of many mental health disorders, and there is no better place to look than Holy Scripture to how we should confront anger. Proverbs provides many warnings of what can happen when the stronghold of anger takes root in our lives. Knowing that anger can be righteous and unrighteous, this sermon seeks to distinguish between helpful and prideful anger as well as examines where prideful anger comes from and how it can be defeated.
