Behind Anibal Sanchez's dominant outing, the Washington Nationals took Game 1 of the NLCS in St. Louis. Sanchez carried a no-hitter into the 8th inning, until he surrendered a pinch-hit single to Jose Martinez. The Nats probably didn't expect such an effort from their back-of-the-rotation piece, but Sanchez has shown the ability to twirl a gem every once in a while.
