In today's episode, we chat with high school juniors, Anika & Amrita about what it's been like attending high school during the pandemic, social media, pressures of being a teen and their podcast, "No Therapist, No Problem".
Sometimes, it's difficult to sit down with a complete stranger and tell them what exactly is on your mind. So, Anika Manelkar and Amrita Sundaram have got your back! As high schoolers, they host the podcast "No Therapist, No Problem!", which was started in December 2020. They hope to bring a sense of community and provide a safe space for people struggling with mental health, talking through topics such as mental hygiene or even depression so that you don't have to spill your guts on that couch with a box of Kleenex in a room that probably smells like money and adults. Listen as they bring in their own experiences in mental health and how they've grown as teenagers.
