Amy Soranno is a Canadian animal rights activist and has dedicated  her life to fighting for animal liberation. She focuses on taking direct  action through investigating animal agriculture, conducting open  rescues, as well as engaging in mass civil disobedience  events. Amy organized “Meat The Victims” which was a precedent-setting  action that was the first of its kind in Canada. As a result of her  work, she is facing charges for unlawfully exposing the realities of  animal farming. Amy gives talks and workshops on  animal rights and civil disobedience and is always creating unique ways  of advocating for the animals.
