Second City Canine Rescue solely relies on foster homes to house the homeless dogs they rescue – they do not have a shelter or a kennel that they use regularly, and adoptable animals will live in a foster home until they find their permanent home. All breeds, ages, sizes, and colors are welcomed and loved!
