Amanda Henson from @theanimalrightsinitiative joined in for this month’s episode of the Bellingham Veg fest Show.

The Animal Right’s Initiative is a group of highly motivated activists that tailor their activism to what is needed and what they believe to be the most effective at that time. They have organized plant based food demonstrations, protests, video outreach, disruptions, marches, etc. If you joined us for BVF 2019, you may have seen them at the Non-dairy Food Sampling where they gave out hundreds of cheese & milk samples. Amanda also shared about the process of writing and introducing the recent initiative to ban fur farms here in WA. (Note: there were a few technical difficulties)
