Anime and Japan can be a blend of intrigue and mystery. It creates the idea of anime influences outside of Japan. We use anime as a case study to find examples of how anime integrates itself in the world's sphere and where it presents as a muse for inspiration. We examine animation studios, music, cultural references, social media and other industries impacted by anime. It is an enlightening conversation as we share personal experiences and connections about this topic.
