We've covered heroic duos, now it's time to tackle villains. When it comes to evil anime duos, no name stands out quite like Naruto's Akatsuki. The Akatsuki members worked in pairs to commit their acts of terror, which each one being catered to their partner's skills and abilities. Unlike our first or second anime duo list, all of these characters were introduced as high-threat villains.
