Anish is an Indian American I.T. (Information Technology) professional and a stress management coach. He was born and raised in New Delhi, India and moved to USA in the year 2000. His family includes his wife who is also an I.T. professional and two sons pursuing engineering degrees – one in Ph. D. program and the other in undergrad currently.

Anish has an undergraduate engineering degree from India and an MBA from SMU Dallas. Texas. He is also a certified Reiki Master. While I.T. is Anish’s full-time job, helping people in stress is his passion. He enjoys making a positive impact in people’s lives by showing them a different perspective and helping them navigate through rough times. Making even a small positive difference in people’s lives is much more fulfilling for him as compared to delivering a large I.T. project.
