In this episode, I make a simple ankake omelet and share what inspired me to start this podcast. While cooking, I chat about my daily life as an au pair in France, how I share my love for Japanese-inspired dishes with my host family, and a bit about the beautiful Haute-Savoie region where I live. This podcast isn’t a perfect cooking tutorial—it’s more like a cozy kitchen chat. I hope it gives you some inspiration or a little comfort.
