Jester reached out to fellow Hiking Radio Network podcaster, Anna Huthmaker (Mud Butt), to see if she was interested in talking about some common hiker topics such as hiking injuries, not completing a goal, and post trail depression. As you will hear once they started recording Jester suggested they talk about an entirely different topic, evolving over the years as a hiker.

Anna shares with us how she started hiking, her 700-mile journey on the Appalachian Trail in 2003, and her amazing start of the Trail Dames Organization. Anna summed up their conversation at the end of the show by asking us to think about our High School lunch rooms and why people sat at various tables, and did we venture to meet those people? It was awesome!
