The commonality of these struggles is immense... Anna is a past client and a current friend of mine. She’s been through a lot in terms of what one might think is an unfortunate experience leading to a lot of later trauma. However these issues are far more common than one might think.

Anna’s a strong voice to help women and men alike to speak up about this issue. She’s struggled several panic attacks in the past that have lead to fears in areas of her life. She has since taken ownership of these pains within, and through guidance and an incredible work ethic, she has come out the other side with a stronger sense of self realization around worthiness, calmness and decisiveness in areas of her life that would seem cloudy or inescapable.

She talks on how she has overcome her fears and what she‘a done when a panic attack would arise.
