To say that Anna Troup has had an amazing 12 months of running would be a massive understatement. In Episode 34 we chat about Anna's amazing last 12 months: "The Oner" 83 mile Ultra, 1st lady, 4th overall; Wendover Woods 100, 1st Lady, 2nd overall; Lakeland 100, 1st lady; Exodus (105 miles in the Brecon Beacons), 1st lady 2nd overall; Arc of Attrition 1st lady! Then add in training her daughters to tackle the Javenlina Jundred (and completing that too!), 4 legs of a Bob Graham round, hiking the UTMB route, attempts also at UTS100 and TDS!
