Annabel's career in food began thanks to a fussy toddler.  Now 30 years on, Annabel is one of the most successful children & baby food author’s, she has her very own food range dedicated to providing nutritious meals for babies and toddlers and has built a massive following on Instagram through her recipes and advice.

In our interview, Annabel talks about the grief of losing her daughter, Natasha.  when she was just three months old, and how she channelled her trauma into building a legacy for Natasha with her food business.
