It’s the year 2022 where every day brings change and anything still seems possible. However, despite the possibilities, women continue the fight to close the gender pay gap and for a place at the table in boardrooms, senior management and on the political stage. Gender bias and inequality continue in many countries and within business. And so it comes as no surprise that women, the big losers when it came to employment cuts during covid, are also leading the way in the great resignation – the year’s new buzz word for leaving the workforce and pursuing your dreams.
While women are embracing their power and starting businesses at a greater rate than ever before, one thing remains. Women are also more likely to buy into the idea that positive thinking, daily meditation, and simply wishing for abundance will solve their problems and create their dream-life scenario. In fact many women are opening their wallets in addition to their minds and making today’s abundance and manifestation coaches very wealthy indeed.
