Announcement

This church was initially planted with a mission to reconnect post-churched people back into a healthy and vibrant relationship with the body of Christ and we have experienced extraordinary grace in doing that. Through a number of years, our pastor was personally challenged with the call to evangelize our city and begin to actively reach those who had never placed their faith in Jesus.  Every time he asked for direction and clarity on how we should do it, the same instruction pressed into his soul: “Publish and proclaim the message and mission I have given you for this city.”  For over five years City Church fulfilled that proclamation by inviting people to gather in a renovated 1930's theatre in downtown Redding.  City Church is on the move again exploring other "gateways" and venues to help people grow in their love for God, connect meaningfully with others and find a path of service to our community and world.
