Ann's Story: How She Made The Leap, Letting Go of The Outcome, Sexual Awakening After a Destructive Relationship and Dating for Growth and Pleasure without Commitment
Ann came to work with me as a private client right after she exited her marriage. We got to work on her emotional embodiment, and learning how to be assertive, stand in her conviction against manipulation, and take a necessary stand for herself and her children in the process of her separation. Toward the end of our work, she was just beginning to explore dating after she described having a sexual awakening and desire for fulfilling her sexual needs outside of a committed relationship. She has used this experience to awaken, speak her truth and enjoy the company of men in a new way, while juggling a high-power career in New York on Wall Street, being a full time single mom and rebuilding her new life.
