A man was shot multiple times on a suburban street in broad daylight in the 14600 Block of Southview Drive, just two blocks south of the Surrey RCMP detachment.  Global News reporter Janet Brown spoke to a neighbour who heard the sound of gunfire and rushed to help the injured man.
