She is a writer, host and producer of the award winning And Everything Changed Podcast. It talks about pivotal moments in life and the hard decisions that were behind them. She's a former actress but she began writing after her second child was born. Since then she has been published in The Atlantic, Washington Post, Huffington Post, and many more outlets. She also has a memoir releasing in the spring of 2021, called When She Comes Back, about her mother leaving to follow the guru Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. She's from New York and currently lives in the Seattle, Washington area with her husband and kids.
