Sometimes the biggest change in our lives happen quietly, long before anyone else notices.

In this episode, I reflect on the moment when you've already made a decision for yourself--when something inside you has shifted--but the outside world hasn't caught up yet. Then someone see you in the middle of that change , when you feel a little open, a little exposed, and not ready to explain it.
