It takes two to save the day and two to review Ant-Man and the Wasp in Episode 56! A surprise delight to Oscar and Donnie who enjoyed the fun movie. Despite coming after the latest and most intense Marvel Cinematic movie, Ant-Man and the Wasp manages to keep your interest by focusing on the characters we already know and wanting to see them victorious in rescuing a loved one. Donnie was genuinely happy that he was able to forget about Avengers Infinity War and despite not being as funny as the first Ant-Man, this movie managed to be enjoyable. Oscar appreciated the importance of plot due to the rescue mission being for a character that has strong relevance to the Marvel Universe. The comedy continued to deliver and, while very similar to the first movie, it didn't feel like a hard repeat of jokes and physical comedy. It may not be the standout movie out of the 20 Marvel films but it's definitely an improvement over a good handful of others. Check out how all of this leads to the guys' "Reel" score!
