Antares Vision Group, a technological partner of excellence in digitalization and innovation for companies and institutions with a complete ecosystem of technologies to guarantee product quality (inspection systems and machines) and product traceability along the supply chain (from raw materials to production, from distribution to the consumer) through integrated data management, announces that it has today acquired 15% of the share capital of Isinnova, a Brescia-based technological start-up owned by Cristian Fracassi, which enables technological innovation and makes the same accessible through projects such as life-saving oxygen masks during the Covid-19 emergency and low-cost protheses for Ukraine. The total amount paid for the stake is Euro 1.5 million.
