In this episode we talk with Anthony Costales -  a professional trail runner from Salt Lake City Utah. Anthony is a husband, father, and Junior High School PE Teacher. In this episode we talk about his 2023 season, including his first place and course record performance at the Black Canyon 100k and his podium finish at Western States. We also talk about how he and his wife Katie balance their time with work, running, and enjoying time with their 3 year old daughter. We discuss the ups and downs of sponsorships and his recent signing with the Nike Trail Team. We also talk about how he's looking forward to a strong 2024 season, including a return to Western States.
