In his coaching career Anthonys has been the Director of Rugby Sevens for the Irish Rugby Union, the National Programs Manager For Rugby Australia, the Director Of Rugby For Sydney University, the Head Coach of Worcester as well as being an Assistant Coach both the Brumbies and the Queensland Reds.
