Anthony Fallacaro - Episode 171
26 Mar 2013: Anthony was born and raised in upstate New York in the Capital District. He has been playing music since he was five years old. At the age of five he began taking piano lessons, few years later he began violin. When attending Niskayuna High School Anthonys main instrument was the drums. In the summer before attending Mohawk Valley Community College (Utica, NY) he began teaching himself how to play guitar. In the fall of 2008 he transfered to Plymouth State University (Plymouth, NH) and began writing his own music.
In August of 2011 Anthony began recording his first EP. The six track EP 'Hello My Name Is Anthony (EP)' was recorded at La Sala Studios in Manhattan, New York in one week. All music and lyrics were written by Anthony Fallacaro and the album was produced by Anthonys older brother Dominic Fallacaro.
The band featured on the album is Aaron Steele on drums, Christopher Kelly on bass and Dominic Fallacaro on piano/organ and electric guitar. Guest vocal appearances were made by Jon Sandler from Jon Sandler ans The Fancy Band on 'Mirror Image', Tim Kubart from Tim and The Space Cadets on 'December 13th' and Natalie John on 'Love Blind'.
