Anthony Nanula is a financier, Real estate developer/investor and former elected official.  

Anthony is bringing his real estate development and finance background along with extensive public sector experience his latest venture, R3 Catalyst Partners, a Fund Sponsor for Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) projects. 

Prior to co-founding R3 Anthony co-founded Chalice Financial Network and is registered with its Broker Dealer. 

He has served as President of Nanco Group, his family’s investment arm and led its real estate and commercial development efforts. 

Anthony served as a NY State Senator, City Comptroller of Buffalo and Deputy NY State Comptroller. As Buffalo City Comptroller, he structured the financing for a $1.5 billion Public/Private Partnership (P3) school reconstruction/new construction program for the City of Buffalo School District.
