An very well-known and highly-regarded figure within the domestic game, Totera joins from the Canadian Premier League’s Football Operations Department where he served as Football Development & Special Projects Liaison.
The role saw Totera specialize in talent identification and the shortlisting of players, specifically across the CPL's initial 'Got Game' program and also the comprehensive and invaluable U Sports draft that's been in place since 2018.
