Hello, Robot. Design between Human and Robot au Vitra Design Museum Une urne mortuaire, un robot qui n’en est pas un, un clip de Björk, un moine robot, bienvenue au Vitra Design Museum, dans l’expo temporaire Hello, Robot, à Weil am Rhein, en Allemagne. C’était une expo temporaire d’une grande qualité, vous en avez d’ailleurs quelques aperçus durant la vidéo, et j’avais envie de partager avec vous les plus belles pièces exposées. Un bref apperçu du musée Pour ceux qui n’y ont jamais été, le Vitra Design Museum se situe en Allemagne, pas loin de la frontière suisse de Bâle, à Weil am Rhein. Il est aussi très simple d’y accéder depuis la France. Il y a trois bâtiments principaux, dans un assez grand parc totalement accessible à pieds. Le premier est très grand, en hauteur, une sorte d’empilement de longues maisons, très design et très sympa. Vous y trouverez l’accueil, un shop, un restaurant, et chaque étage est différent, avec de magnifiques baies vitrées qui donnent sur la ville de Bâle ou la campagne. La plupart des meubles peuvent être achetés, par contre, attention aux prix, c’est loin d’être cheap. Mais ça peut donner de très bonne idées. A 2-3 minutes de marche, vous trouverez le lieux de l’exposition temporaire, ce n’est pas très grand mais très bien agencé et riche, en tout cas pour l’expo Hello, Robot, j’irai voir les prochaines pour en savoir plus. Il vous faudra ensuite marcher pendant environ 10 minutes pour arriver au dernier lieux d’exposition, une grande halle ou vous trouverez du mobilier, au moment de ma visite c’était des chaises, je ne sais pas si ça change régulièrement. Je dirai que ça vaut le coup d’y aller une fois pour voir, ça reste une collection très importante, mais je n’y passerai pas tous mes weekends.
