"My talk reflects on how anti-anti-Semitism has become state ideology (Staaträson) for the State of Israel and what it means that this ideology is driving the deployment of state violence against Gaza. This reflection refers to more general question of the use of ideology and "reason" for the modern use of sovereign power."
