🎥 YouTube version here if you want the full yoga scruffs & brownie in teeth experience!
I didn't mean to record this, but I'm glad I did, a preview of the video I'll make to share the 22 hour journey from idea to launch!
This is the essence of Prune & Bloom.
Everything we want/need is already here, under the stuff.
Sometimes the 'stuff' is self-doubt, other people's expectations, past failures, fear of rejection, shame.
And sometimes, like me rediscovering my actually warm gloves this morning after a particularly grumpy cold walk with my dog Rita, it's physically under stuff.
The skills we use to do Prune the stuff blocking us from seeing what we want to Bloom?
1. Trust. Actively repairing self-trust as we build evidence
2. Being committed to the future we want more than being held back my our thoughts about the past
3. Possibility. Using questions like 'how could this be easy?' to open up and access the powerful spaces in our brain and problem solving capacity that is usually untapped.
So, the full journey with the lessons coming soon, but in the meantime I hope this is helpful if you're feeling overwhelmed by a project or stuck in procrastination!
